So true how we in North America are taught to delay pleasure. And we are under so much pressure to eat as little as possible. I’ve always loved eating, whether with friends or alone. I eat what I want and I thoroughly enjoy walking every day, which keeps the weight off naturally.
I eat what I want too, but to keep the weight off I have to do Bikram hot yoga four times a week. :(.
